There was something ethereal about Jagjit Singh's songs. Woh kagaz ki kashti happens to my (and indeed most people's) favorite song, probably one of the best songs ever. I was and will remain an ardent admirer of his songs.

Post script : too much serious stuff in last few days lets have some entertainment (at the expense of Crude Woman, of course...its not against a person per se- its about elements of crony capitalism. That we see manifested at bigger level as scams. These people are eating into the roots. If Kalmadi is in the jail why isn't ZK Bose (aka Rodent)? They also misused their power, to create clout. Didn't they?

Anna kiska murga hai?
This is what TV Channels have taken up as their next crusade. All it got them started was a rather vehement tweet from Crude Woman, who incidentally was having an intense competition in the sideline to appropriate Anna.
Wrote Crude Woman “Anna mera murga hai. Biriyani meh khaongi”
This was taken by her branding agent to instigate “debate”. In the meantime another TV channel screamed “Is the tweet war the end of the world?”. There was genuine consternation on the face of the anchor, whether it was due to the script he was reading seem tenuous.
Her competitor tweeted “Harkat-ul-chudail”.
Not to be left behind crude woman shot back “meh jaha bait jathi hoon langar wahi se shuru hotha hai. Mind it”
Just another glimpse of another day in the crude world of crony capitalism. Keep reading the space…
