Reclaim

 

Pounded for power,

Reshaped for fancies,

Arranged for profit,

Eviscerated for glitter,

Amassed for greed,

Dumped with unwanted,

Used as a prop,

Violated and occupied,

Fed with toxic, much noise and bright.

Earth starts to shrug,

Burn the rot,

Spit the trash,

Shed the skin,

Stamp the arrogance,

Churn the eons,

Reclaim,

Evolve anew,

The thread that knit life and wonder.
